Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take instructions and suggestions from management and supervisors to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
∎ Design effective training programs
∎ Conduct individual and group learning sessions
∎ Interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess development needs
∎ Prepare materials, modules, summaries, etc.
∎ Support and mentor new employees
∎ Keep training and other related records
∎ Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
∎ Ensure employees technical skills needed to perform the job
∎ efficiently assess the 'return on investment' of any development program
∎ Create Manuals for different processes

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years

Salary: Negotiable
