• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

1. Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with overall company objectives and business goals.

2. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, payroll management, and HR administrative functions.

3. Lead employee training & development initiatives, orientation programs, and continuous skill enhancement activities.

4. Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and compliant manner.

5. Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, Labor Rules, and all applicable Buyer Code of Conduct (COC).

6. Coordinate and manage technical, social, environmental, and security audits, including CTPAT, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, GRS, GOTS, and BCI standards.

7. Monitor all certifications and ensure continuous audit readiness across all compliance areas.

8. Liaise effectively with government authorities, compliance auditors, RSC, BGMEA, BKMEA, and international buyers.

9. Promote and maintain a safe, ethical, and sustainable workplace culture throughout the organization.

10. Lead, supervise, and develop the HR & Compliance team, ensuring effective performance management and continuous improvement through corrective and preventive actions.
