Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have BBA/MBA, Major in HRM/ Management from reputed public/private universities,
∎ PGD in HRM/ Social Compliance will be counted as additional qualification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Recruitment & Selection Process
∎ Must be able to handle independently & keep updated employees/workers personal files,
∎ Have to prepare various letters. For example: Confirmation Letter, Increment Letter, Promotion Letter, Joining Letter etc.
∎ Monitoring and Reporting to the superiors about the results of compliance/ethics efforts done by the company,
∎ Providing proper Guidance to the factory HR & Compliance on matters relating to compliance,
∎ Ensure day-to-day smooth operation of the HR & Compliance programs,
∎ To conduct the awareness program for the employees/workers & educate them about the rules and regulations, Compliance issues, Health and safety, First Aid etc.
∎ Grievance handling of Workers/employees according to Laws & Company Procedures & counselling them in constructive way,
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Team player with proactive interpersonal skill
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening new skill sets,
∎ Result oriented and strong desire for success,
∎ Strong ability to prepare Power point presentation, to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
∎ Sound knowledge in BLL (Bangladesh Labor Law)
