Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure that all HR plan, projects and initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented.
∎ Provide support and guidance to business functions on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and HR policies.
∎ Work with both management and employees to improve work relationships, enrich employee morale and increase productivity and retention.
∎ Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions etc.)
∎ Assist in employee engagement initiatives for the business functions and ensure internal engagement by developing effective communication campaigns aligned with company mission, values and objectives.
∎ Identify training needs for business functions, participate in evaluation and monitoring of the training programs.
∎ Drive talent acquisition process and HR operational issues for business functions
∎ Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as-needed.

∎ HR Project Management and Change Management Skills.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong Business Acumen.
