∎ Responsible to: Head of Programs/ Hospital Manager, Muslim Aid Community Hospital Pabna
∎ Duration of Contract: Regular
∎ Purpose of the Post: The HR and Admin Officer will contribute for all assistance to MACH Pabna behalf of HR & Admin. S/he is responsible for overall administration and HR and to provide strategic assistance to all aspects of the Admin and HR to ensure maximum achievement of Muslim Aid objectives within the framework of organizational principles and policies.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. General Administration
∎ - Provide entire support as part of administration to MACH, Pabna
∎ - Day to day administrative support to all staff of MACH Pabna
∎ - To formulate and implement Administrative guidelines
∎ - Manage the staff as of the administrative policy of Muslim Aid
∎ - Manage required procurement for MACH Pabna
∎ - To facilitate all staff of MACH Pabna implementing the administrative policies and guidelines.
∎ - Provide all Admin related information to Muslim Aid Dhaka Office
∎ - Coordinate with Finance Dhaka Office to ensure to provide all update information
∎ 2. Human Resource Management
∎ - Provide support to MACH Pabna for HR activities
∎ - Day to day HR Management issue handling
∎ - Manage all data of staff and all personnel file of MACH Pabna
∎ - To ensure that all staff participate in annual appraisals
∎ - To address conflict resolution, problem solving
∎ - Ensure congenial working environment (gender sensitivity, staff harassment safety and security etc.)
∎ - Talent management and prepare staff development plan
∎ - Ensure the staff to provide support on day to day staff attendance
∎ - To ensure exit interviews are conducted for staff when they leave Muslim Aid.
∎ - Provide required information behalf of HR to Dhaka Office
∎ 3. Security and Health & Safety
∎ - To maintain an overview of the political and security context, noting how developments may affect programme work.
∎ - To ensure that robust and effective security and evacuation plans and procedures are in place and regularly reviewed and updated in order to secure the safety of all staff at all times.
∎ - To ensure that the health and safety policy is regularly reviewed and all staff are aware of this policy and follow its guidelines.
