Job Context:
∎ Servify Tech Limited, a Fast-Growing BPO Company, is currently hiring for the position of HR & Admin Officer. The ideal candidate should be available and willing to work during US business hours (Night Shift).
∎ We are seeking an HR & Admin Officer to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background in HR and administrative functions. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing HR records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, and overseeing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The candidate must have skills in social media marketing and graphics design in Adobe Illustrator / Canva.

∎ Employment Status: Full-time On-site (Evening Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or Night Shift: 7PM to 4.00AM). Free Drop Service Available for Night Shift.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and administrative records.
∎ Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of employees.
∎ Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
∎ Manage office operations, including communication, scheduling, and supplies.
∎ Handle equipment maintenance, billing, and invoice preparation.
∎ Support employee onboarding and record keeping.
∎ Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and communication management Implement security and safety procedures.
∎ Provide general administrative support and handle other tasks as assigned by management.
∎ Manage the Social Media pages/ channels of the Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Profound knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
∎ Strong organizational and administrative skills.
∎ Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Must have social media marketing and graphic design skills in Canva/Adobe Illustrator etc.
Salary:
∎ REMUNERATION: BDT 25,000 to BDT 30,000 [Based on Skills and Experiences]
