Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Abedin Tech is a leading company in digital marketing. We focus on SEO, UI/UX design, social media marketing, SEM, and brand strategy. Our goal is to build a strong marketing presence and devise an appropriate marketing strategy for each of the businesses that we work with.
∎ We are looking for an HR Manager who will be responsible for nurturing our human resources, formulating recruitment processes, and boosting employee involvement for a developing digital workforce.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the recruitment cycle for new hires, which includes resourcing, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
∎ Prepare and deliver training to develop competencies to help employees meet business goals.
∎ Evaluate the performance of employees by using systematic appraisals, feedback, and KPI-based evaluation.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor policies and workplace requirements.
∎ Create and review company HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
∎ Resolve grievances of employees and foster a positive workplace.
∎ Manage payroll and other compensations and benefits, including sick leaves and other absence days, accurately.
∎ Manage programs to improve morale and reduce turnover for better retention.
∎ Provide professional HR advice to management on workforce and succession planning.
