Responsibilities & Context: - Receive all phone calls and will forward all incoming and outgoing calls as per desire of the caller.
- You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
- Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
- You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goals.
- Day to day planning and report management ability.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply if & only if you are very good & strong in oral Communications.
- Report in Computer MS Word, MS Excel.
