Responsibilities & Context:
Prospecting:
Identify potential corporate clients (SMEs, MNCs, institutions) through research, referrals, and market analysis.
Generate leads via cold calling, emails, social media (LinkedIn), and networking events.
Client Engagement:
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs.
Present product/service offerings and deliver tailored pitches.
Sales Support:
Assist senior sales executives in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) with client interactions and sales pipelines.
Relationship Building:
Nurture long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback in the Bangladesh market.
