Experience:

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is a plus.
Experience with HR software or ERP systems is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, Administration, or related role.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee record keeping.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
Handle administrative tasks such as office maintenance, vendor management, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Oversee customer service operations to ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and complaints.
Maintain customer service standards and improve client satisfaction levels.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact for client communications and follow-ups.
Ensure client feedback is documented and addressed appropriately.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence across departments.
Maintain compliance registers and audit-ready documentation.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.
Facilitate internal meetings and prepare minutes.
Act as a bridge between management and staff for effective communication.
Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, customer service performance, market research findings, and administrative activities.
Create professional presentations for management and client meetings.
Address operational and HR-related challenges promptly and effectively.
Make sound decisions under pressure while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 BDT (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
