As we scale our operations and shift to a new corporate location, we are looking for a visionary leader to drive our marketing and sales efforts.
Role Overview: The HR & Admin Executive will oversee employee management, recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and overall administrative tasks at Bezpoke. You’ll help maintain a structured, motivated, and efficient workplace while ensuring HR compliance and smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and contracts.
- Support performance reviews, appraisals, and team engagement programs.
- Manage daily office administration – supplies, scheduling, communications, etc.
- Coordinate with accounts for payroll, reimbursements, and staff benefits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
- Act as a bridge between employees and management for workplace concerns.
