About the Role
Bezpoke LTD is hiring an Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager to support revenue and brand expansion across premium interiors, imported products, and turnkey solutions. The role focuses on daily B2B/B2C coordination, pipeline management, and on-time campaign delivery.
Job Objective
Support category-level planning, execution, and performance tracking of sales and marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners, and help improve conversion rates and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Assist in setting and tracking monthly /quarterly targets by category (kitchens, tiles, wardrobes etc).
Manage lead assignment, follow‑ups, quotations, and basic negotiations- ensure timely closures and documentation.
Maintain CRM accuracy-monitor funnel stages, response SLAs, and conversions, flag issues early.
Support showroom operation:merchandising basics, staff rosters, demos, and client walk-ins.
Coordinate B2B outreach: build partner lists (developers, architects, designers, contractors), schedule meetings.
Marketing Support
Execute campaigns (digital, events, showroom promotions) as per plan and calendar.
Coordinate content briefs, creatives, and approvals; post and monitor across channels.
Track campaign performance (reach, leads, CPL) and prepare simple reports.
Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with the Design, Projects, Procurement, and Finance teams to facilitate a smooth order transition.
Maintain weekly dashboards: pipeline, win/loss, sales vs. target, campaign results.
Support partner/vendor coordination and basic B2B outreach lists.
Customer & Partnerships
Ensure timely responses to inquiries and after-sales follow-ups.
Help organize client presentations, samples, and mock-ups.
Assist in building and updating lists of architects, developers, and key accounts.
