Job Responsibilities
Handle customer leads from Facebook inbox, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other sales channels.
Communicate with customers politely and professionally.
Understand customer problems and suggest suitable products.
Explain product price, offer, benefits, usage, and delivery process clearly.
Confirm customer orders after proper verification.
Check fake orders before final confirmation.
Collect and verify customer name, phone number, address, and order details.
Update customer information and order status in CRM or Google Sheet.
Follow up with interested customers.
Follow up with old customers for repeat sales.
Coordinate with the delivery team for confirmed orders.
Support after-sales follow-up when required.
Submit daily call, lead, and order reports.
Follow company sales scripts, policy, and reporting system.
