Job Context

• We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven professional for the position of Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager (Sales & Marketing)..

• Experience in real estate /Land property/Time Sharing/ sales industry will be considered an advantage.

• The role requires strong Telemarketing skills,communications skills leadership ability, and market understanding.

• The candidate will be reponsible for driving sales growth,devoleping marketing strategies and maintaning strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve company targets

• Meet with prospective clients to present properties, conduct site visits, and build long-term relationships for referrals.

• Collaborate with senior management on strategic sales plans, provide market feedback, and prepare reports on sales activities

• Handle customer queries and ensure proper follow-up to close sales

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment need

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

• Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.

• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.

• Provide clients with comprehensive information about properties, market conditions, and legal requirements.
