Job Context
NetZe Eco Energy Solution Limited is seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Engineer to support the growth of our solar EPC, net metering, battery energy storage, and renewable energy business. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing business opportunities in the industrial and commercial sectors.
This position is fully business development and sales-oriented. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, preparing business opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.
• Generate qualified leads through direct communication, networking, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to develop suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into projects.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, quotations, and tender-related documents.
• Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking programs when required.
• Continuously learn and understand the company's products, services, and renewable energy solutions.
Requirements
