About the Program
NetZe Eco Energy Solution Limited is offering a paid internship program for fresh engineering graduates who want to build practical skills in solar energy and industrial renewable energy projects.
Our approach goes beyond classroom learning. Interns will receive structured guidance from experienced professionals and gain practical exposure to real project activities, from engineering design and technical documentation to site execution, quality control, and commissioning.
The program is designed to develop capable young engineers for the renewable energy sector. Based on individual performance, demonstrated competence, and future business requirements, successful interns may be considered for full-time employment at NetZe.
Key Learning Areas and Responsibilities
Depending on the candidate's academic background and assigned discipline, responsibilities may include:
Assisting with solar PV system design, engineering calculations, and technical documentation.
Learning to prepare and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Supporting project planning, material estimation, and bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation.
Participating in site surveys, installation supervision, and project progress monitoring.
Learning quality control, inspection procedures, and workplace safety practices.
Assisting with technical reports, project records, and documentation management.
Coordinating with project engineers, suppliers, technicians, and other project stakeholders.
Supporting testing, commissioning, and performance monitoring activities as appropriate.
Developing professional communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
