Bezpoke is a premium lifestyle brand specializing in imported Italian and Chinese flooring, luxury bathroom fittings, modular kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, high-end furniture, and custom design services.

About the Role

Bezpoke Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead our revenue strategy across premium interiors, imported products, and turnkey solutions. This is a leadership role where you’ll manage teams, drive growth, and shape brand visibility across both B2B and B2C sectors.

Responsibilities

·     Oversee showroom, field, and digital sales channels

·     Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline)

·     Set revenue targets and monitor CRM pipelines

·    Build partnerships with developers, architects, and institutions

·     Mentor and manage the full sales and marketing team

Experience

·  5+ years in a senior sales or marketing role

·   Experience in interiors, furniture, real estate, or lifestyle brands

·   Proven leadership, negotiation, and campaign planning skills

·   Familiarity with CRM tools and performance metrics

 Additional Requirements

·        Team management, leadership, and strategy skills

·        Fluent in English & Bangla

·        CRM and digital marketing tools knowledge
