Job Responsibilities:
∎ Human Resources:-
∎ Manage Station's overall HR processes for a dynamic and resilient team
∎ Coordinate staff matters including recruitment, training opportunities, staff onboarding, benefits, engagement, staff travel, performance appraisal etc.
∎ Identify opportunities and deploy solutions for change management leveraging digital transformation.
∎ Administrative:-
∎ Oversee Procurement across the station
∎ Admin support for posted staff
∎ Staff & office admin
∎ Provide coverage for Local IT Coordinator in his/her absence.
∎ Staff travel
∎ Any other project as assigned by Management
