Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage Station's overall HR processes for a dynamic and resilient team.
- Coordinate staff matters including recruitment, training opportunities, staff onboarding, benefits, staff engagement, staff travel, performance appraisal, attendance management, etc.
- Identify opportunities and deploy solutions for change management leveraging digital transformation.
Administrative:
- Oversee Procurement across the station.
- Admin support for posted staff.
- Staff & office admin·
- Provide coverage for Local IT Coordinator in his/her absence.
- Staff travel.
- Any other project as assigned by management.
