Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Train, supervise, and mentor housekeeping staff on advanced cleaning techniques and the use of state-of-the-art cleaning equipment.
∎ Ensure adherence to cleanliness and hygiene protocols, specifically tailored to high-end properties.
∎ Maintain a thorough knowledge of cleaning protocols appropriate for luxurious complexes, ensuring the safe and effective use of all cleaning agents.
∎ Conduct routine inspections to verify that all spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
∎ Manage housekeeping schedules, and monitor staff performance, offering feedback and additional training as needed.
