Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement training programs in professional etiquette, behavior, and communication for all support staff.
∎ Provide guidance on grooming, personal presentation, and customer interaction to ensure that all staff embody a polished and professional demeanor.
∎ Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions, focusing on enhancing service quality, guest satisfaction, and conflict resolution.
∎ Develop training materials that adhere to international hospitality standards and adapt them to our brand’s specific requirements.
∎ Evaluate staff performance through regular assessments, providing feedback and further training as needed.
