Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring that sample creation adheres to client specifications and industry standards by managing sketching, paper pattern development, measurement, fitting, and production.
∎ Maintaining timely and effective communication with all relevant cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows.
∎ To meet the specific Material Requirements (MR) and expectations of the buyer.
∎ Ensuring that the minimum standards and quality requirements are achieved from the first attempt.
∎ To conduct risk analysis, especially concerning safety standards for adults and children.
∎ To provide close monitoring and proper guidance to sample makers (sample men) to ensure accuracy and quality.
∎ To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
