∎ Job Summary: mPower Social Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Health System Adviser, who will play a vital role in advancing healthcare systems through the development and execution of comprehensive digitalization strategies. The responsibilities include providing expert advisory services on the adoption of digital technologies, fostering stakeholder engagement with healthcare leaders, government officials and other local & global stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves policy analysis, strategic planning, and staying informed on best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement and efficiency of healthcare systems. Health system Adviser expertise will be crucial in supporting teams to prepare impactful reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digitalization Strategy: Support development and execution of a comprehensive digitalization strategy for healthcare systems, aligning with industry trends and the organization's goals.
∎ Advisory Services: Provide expert advice and recommendations on the adoption and integration of digital technologies to optimize healthcare operations based on national digitalization strategies and global standards.
∎ Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with healthcare leaders, government officials, and industry partners to gain insights and build consensus on digitalization strategies.
∎ Technology Assessment: Stay up-to-date with emerging digital health technologies, evaluating their potential impact on healthcare systems aligning with organizational goals.
∎ Education and Training: Provide training and education to in-house teams on the effective use of digital technologies to amplify impact on health.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that digitalization initiatives adhere to relevant healthcare regulations and quality standards
∎ Policy Analysis: Evaluate healthcare policies and regulations, conducting in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
∎ Strategic Planning: Support organization to develop strategic plans and recommendations for healthcare system development and transformation.
∎ Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in healthcare systems to provide informed guidance.
∎ Report and Proposal Writing: Support teams to prepare reports, proposals, and presentations to convey findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years of experience within MoH & FW. Preferably retired GoB official from DGHS or DGFP.
∎ Strong communication and language skills.
∎ Work cooperatively and effectively with clients and internal teams to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
∎ Assess crisis situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative approach to challenges.
