• Masters

• Master’s degree in Education, Technical/Vocational Education, Training Management, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Teaching qualification or professional certification in education or training (e.g., B.Ed., PGDE, or equivalent)

Certification or formal training in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

Registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant education or training regulatory body (where applicable)

Candidates with CBT and AM level 4 certification.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong leadership and institutional management skills

Proven ability to plan, implement, and monitor academic and skills-based training programs

Excellent knowledge of competency-based training (CBT) and assessment systems

Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-management skills

Sound understanding of curriculum development, quality assurance, and accreditation standards

Financial and resource management skills, including budgeting and procurement oversight

Ability to build partnerships with industry, government age

Exceptional verbal & written communication and presentation skills.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in senior level in Vocational Training/technical education, or a related field.

At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or management role (e.g., Head of Region, Head of Department, Training Manager, Principal)

Demonstrated experience in managing instructors, support staff, trainees and job placement.

Experience in supervising examinations, assessments, and certification processes

Proven track record in institutional development, performance improvement, or program expansion

Experience working with industry partners, apprenticeships, or workplace-based learning programs.

ANANDO is inviting applications for the position of Regional Manager - Technical & Vocational Education and Training (TVET). S/He will coordinate and administer the Khagrachari Regional Level Projects including Technical & Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Centre.
