• You will be responsible for providing the following meals for our guests.

• The duties includes preparation of Tea, Coffee,Juice, Mocktail, Smoothie, Dessert, Creating and developing of menu using traditional /modern techniques, fresh and raw ingredients and also recommending them for added menu variety

• You will also be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety within the Juice Bar.

• Involved in development Proper Inventory of junior Barista staff by providing them necessary training in required areas, wastage control, ensure compliance with company policies and procedure.

• The candidates have a clear understanding of the production of cuisine of Five Star standard.

• Work when and where required within all areas of the Juice Bar department.

• Must have to have proper hygiene training included with the all other qualifications.

• Prepare and present high quality Beverage within company guidelines

• Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination

• Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

• Ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly

• Assignments may change from time to time for significant purposes.

• Prepares various types of Beverage items

• Relevant experience in food production knowledge and experiences in Beverage& Dessert is required

• Be Alert for any times for Food Mobile Court VISITING. If Penalty Company Will Not Pay.
