Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
- Handle conflicts, suspicious behavior, or emergencies calmly and professionally.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or security breaches to management immediately.
- Prevent theft or damage to restaurant equipment, furniture, and supplies.
- Check that fire exits, alarms, and extinguishers are functional and accessible.
- Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies.
- Manage queues during busy hours and special events.
- Maintain order during rush hours or when dealing with intoxicated guests.
- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
- Record all activities and observations accurately.
- Work closely with restaurant management and local law enforcement if needed.
- Support other staff in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Check Every Employee when exit to Out Side.
