Responsibilities & Context:

1. Production & Preparation

  • Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, breads, and desserts according to recipes and standards.

  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately following recipes and portion standards.

  • Be Alert for any times for Food Mobile Court VISITING. If Penalty Company Will Not Pay

  • Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters safely.

  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all bakery items.

2. Creativity & Menu Development

  • Assist in creating new pastry and bakery recipes based on seasonal ingredients and trends.

  • Design appealing displays for bakery products to attract customers.

  • 3. Quality & Hygiene Control

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.

  • Ensure all bakery areas, tools, and equipment are kept clean and sanitized.

  • Follow food safety regulations and HACCP standards.

4. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor ingredient stocks and request supplies as needed.

  • Minimize waste by proper storage and rotation of ingredients.

  • Keep records of production and wastage.

5. Teamwork & Customer Service

  • Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams for timely production.

  • Take custom orders for cakes or pastries and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Assist in training junior staff or apprentices.

6. Operational Duties

  • Open or close the bakery section as per shift schedule.

  • Check oven temperatures and baking times for accuracy.

  • Ensure all products are properly labeled and displayed.

  • Be Alert for any times for Food Mobile Court VISITING. If Penalty Company Will Not Pay
