Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall development life cycle of any solution and manage complex projects
∎ Making plans to design new software and web applications
∎ Monitoring progress throughout the design process
∎ Achieve goals for the software development target
∎ Submitting proposals and progress reports to management
∎ Overseeing budgeting for new projects
∎ Translate business requirements into technical solutions, recommend alternative technical and business approaches
∎ Project management - prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments
∎ Operational Excellence - monitoring & operation of production services
∎ Creating and maintaining a healthy workplace environment
∎ Explaining application use to end user
∎ Experience about secure coding and maintaining process control
∎ Develop relationships with internal and external partner teams.
∎ Clear concept about Database software.

∎ 6-10 Years' experience in Bank.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.

∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
