Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement warranty policies in line with company and manufacturer guidelines.
Oversee warranty claims processing, approvals, and escalations.
Coordinate with vendors, branches, and service teams for repairs and replacements.
Monitor warranty inventory and maintain accurate records of claims and replacements.
Analyze warranty trends and generate management reports.
Lead, train, and manage the warranty team.
