Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate must possess at least a Master's in Business, Bank Management, Economics or any other relevant subject from leading university.
∎ No Third Division in academic records.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Treasury Management Team of the Bank
∎ Monitor maintenance of all statutory requirements, compliance with regulations and monitor counterparty limits
∎ Analyze market factors, interest rate and do the market forecasts
∎ Arrangement of ALCO Meeting, analysis of risk reports for presentation to ALCO and preparation of ALCO paper
∎ Analysis of investment proposal and execution of all investment decisions
∎ Overnight call money activities
∎ Monitoring movement of fund through BACH, EFTN, RTGS, Ml Module, Clearing Account, etc
∎ Currency Swaps for Liquidity Management
∎ Ensure liquidity in FC Accounts to meet the payment obligations
∎ Foreign Currency Management for Placements and OBU funding
∎ Profitably trading/squaring the positions
∎ Manage funds to ensure Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), Advance Deposit Ratio (ADR), Wholesale Borrowing Guideline (WBG) & other regulatory requirements
∎ Manage trading portfolio of Govt. Securities, Repo, Reverse-repo activities and investment in Govt. Securities portfolio. Analysis of investment in Fixed Income (FI) Securities proposal and execution of all FI investment decisions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years working experience in leading Commercial Banks of which 5 years as Head of Treasury or Deputy Head of Treasury
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
∎ Excellent presentation & communication skills
∎ Excellent skills in MS Excel
