Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Computer Sciences and Engineering or Equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure operations of Toffee platform, define strategy for adopting cloud technologies, adopt DevOps and SRE practices, automate workflows
∎ Ensure cloud strategy is implemented, real time alerts, notifications, service monitoring and its automation
∎ Interface with BL technology team to facilitate required supports to managed service partner for service continuity
∎ Work with BL infrastructure team for infrastructure, DC and network related support and BL application teams for integration related support
∎ Regular service performance review (SLA/KPI, incident, etc.), service availability assurance follow up to prepare and track service improvement plan as part of continuous service improvement
∎ Coordinate capacity management aligning with business growth
∎ Follow up agreed SLA & KPI reports and escalate issues in relation with nonperformance to right stakeholder
∎ Pro-active budget management practices by accelerating adoption of real time cloud budget monitoring with real time alerts for breach of budget thresholds
∎ Full understanding of the end to end Toffee solution architecture
∎ Oversight on Toffee solution architecture and track changes in architecture due to change
∎ Ensure deliverables from managed service partners
∎ Manage managed service partner deliverables adhere to defined SLA's.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Academic Qualification- BSc in Computer Sciences and Engineering or Equivalent
∎ Job Experience Required- 10-12 years of experience out of which 6-7 years in relevant field
∎ Required Capabilities- Sound knowledge in video streaming platform and mobile TV services
∎ Understanding on dimensioning & capacity management for video streaming services
∎ In depth knowledge of ICT solution architecture and design
∎ Experience in Managed Service Technology Governance and Vendor Management
∎ Experience and expertise in ITIL based service Management
∎ Experience in Project Management framework and Agile methodologies
∎ Awareness of Telecommunication service and industry trends
∎ Awareness of global technology trends, vendors solutions and services
∎ Knowledge of cloud technologies, trends, and feature parity across various offerings
∎ Understanding of monitoring cloud-based workflows
∎ Awareness of establishing and cultivating DevOps practices - automation, delivery, deployment
