• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a technical or engineering environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of technical systems relevant to the industry.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Installation & Setup GPS trackers in vehicles and on premises.
• Install CCTV cameras in various locations, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Ensure proper positioning, wiring, and connectivity of CCTV systems.
• Configure DVR/NVR systems, cameras, and related software.
• Ensure proper alignment, connectivity, and calibration of all devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to GPS tracking and CCTV systems.
• Maintain records of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities. Prepare reports on system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Knowledge of GPS technology, CCTV systems, and networking is required.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Assign tasks and projects to technicians based on their skills and experience, and monitor their progress.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all technical work, including installations, maintenance, and repairs, meets quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality of work performed by the technical team.

Training & Development:

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the technicians.
• Stay updated on the latest technology and best practices, and disseminate this knowledge to the team.

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with other departments, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide advanced technical support and guidance to the team for complex issues.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical problems that require expertise and experience.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and review reports on team performance, project progress, and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of technical activities, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.
