We're looking for a Sales And Customer Care Executive to be a bridge between our clients and our company. You'll handle day-to-day customer needs to keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Do
This job has two main parts:
Being a Customer Relationship Pro:
Be the go-to person for our clients.
You'll answer their questions and make sure they're happy with our service.
Help new clients get started and keep their information up to date.
Find ways to help clients even more by suggesting other products or services they might like.
Should be able to join Urgent(within next week)
