∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: SCM
∎ Skills Required: 4 to 5 years in the relevant position

Job Context:
∎ A highly qualified Supply Chain Specialist, preferably from multinational company, who will be responsible for the company`s supply of materials, equipment, products and services, and manage vendors. To increase efficiency, reduce costs and help our supply chain run as smoothly and profitably as possible. In this role, candidate should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen.
∎ Problem-solving skills and attention to details are essential.
∎ Hands on experience with supply chain management software.
∎ Sense of ownership in performance and its impact on company`s success
∎ Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
∎ Team player and good time-management skills.
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
∎ Monitor & focus upcoming levels of demand, determine quantity & timing of deliveries.
∎ Collaborate with Sales, operations, and support service teams.
∎ Determine key supply chain KPIs.
∎ Suggest solutions for process improvements.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
∎ Seek & partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
∎ Perform cost and scenario analysis and bench marking.
∎ To maintain excellent liaison with other department for conclude smooth work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work independently and within a team, under demanding situations.
∎ Familiarity with sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, supply market analysis & networking.
∎ Strong leadership capabilities, multilingual capabilities, solid judgment with ability to make good decision.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
