∎ Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with merchants, fin-techs, payment networks, e-commerce platforms, and other ecosystem players.
∎ Create co-branded card opportunities, loyalty collaborations, and offer-based partnerships that align with the bank’s customer segments.
∎ Revenue Growth & Business Expansion
∎ Drive card spend and customer acquisition through alliance-driven offers (e.g., cashback, discounts, EMI).
∎ Structure win-win deals to maximize value for the bank, partners, and customers.
∎ Monitor performance metrics (e.g., spend per card, offer redemption, partner ROI).
∎ Cross-functional Collaboration
∎ Work closely with marketing, product, analytics, risk, legal, and compliance teams to execute alliances seamlessly.
∎ Ensure alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives and brand positioning.
∎ Innovation & Differentiation
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and digital innovation to introduce differentiated card benefits.
∎ Collaborate with fin-techs for new tech integrations like contactless payments, digital onboarding, or rewards platforms.
