• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field
• Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference

• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field

• 3 to 7 years

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–7 years of experience in garments, textile sourcing, merchandising, or fashion retail
• Strong understanding of : Fabrics (cotton, silk, lawn, chiffon, georgette, linen, blends, etc.)
• Stitching, embroidery, printing, dyeing, and finishing
• Prior experience working with Indian and/or Pakistani garment suppliers (preferred)
• Ability to evaluate quality vs. price for retail positioning
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally if required

About the Role: TST White House Ltd. is planning to launch a boutique & dress retail business featuring curated clothing collections imported from India and Pakistan.

We are looking for a fashion-savvy sourcing professional who can identify suppliers, evaluate fabrics, understand design trends, and coordinate with overseas vendors to build a strong and consistent retail collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable clothing suppliers in India and Pakistan
• Source ready-made dresses, boutique wear, ethnic wear, fusion wear, and casual collections
• Assess fabric quality, GSM, composition, finishing, color fastness, and durability
• Understand fashion trends, seasonal demand, and customer preferences
• Coordinate sampling, price negotiation, MOQ discussion, and lead time management
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs clearing teams, and internal procurement
• Maintain supplier database, costing sheets, and product documentation
• Support new design development and private-label opportunities where applicable
