Train and supervise kitchen staff
Collaborate with management on menu innovation and seasonal updates

Fresh pasta (Aglio e Olio, Alfredo, Arrabbiata)
Risotto and light gourmet bowls
Artisan pizza and flatbreads
Italian-inspired breakfast (bruschetta, croissants, eggs)
Light café dining (salads, sandwiches, antipasti)
Signature sauces with modern presentation
Core Competencies
Strong command of Italian cuisine
