Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
∎ Conduct regular risk security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend corrective measures.
∎ Oversee CCTV, biometric systems, and security personnel to monitor and regulate access to facilities.
∎ Develop and execute emergency response plans for incidents such as theft, fire, and unauthorized access.
∎ Ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and industry-specific security standards.
∎ Liaise with police, regulatory bodies, and emergency services for security-related matters.
∎ Recruit, train, and oversee security staff, ensuring efficiency and discipline.
∎ Conduct investigations on security breaches, prepare reports, and implement preventive measures.
∎ Work with IT teams to enhance cybersecurity measures against digital threats.
∎ Manage the security budget, procure necessary equipment, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
∎ The Head of Security at Soorty Textiles BD is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of personnel, assets, and facilities.
