Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after all buyer sample plan.
∎ Arrange meeting with buyer for technical decision and act accordingly.
∎ Co-ordination with merchandiser and buying technician for sampling and production issues.
∎ As per buyer requirement making sample and check with buyer.
∎ Planning and documenting the assigned tasks and duties.
∎ Receiving the quotation/development request from Merchandiser & follow up on that.
∎ Arranging the fabric, collecting trims of required items and making the sample.
∎ Making samples as buyer requirements.
∎ Making size set, counter or PP sample according to the buyer requirements.
∎ To prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern.
∎ Creating new patterns & its customization, marker making & Grading.
∎ Makes the basic sizes pattern by using Auto CAD Software.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers and provide to cutting department & follow up it in practical.
∎ Pattern Correction according to Sample Fit.
∎ Digital sample making, and knowledge on three dimensional.
∎ Turn second-dimensional patterns into visually stunning.
∎ Prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern.
∎ Prepare sample after approval from the buyer and send it to the concern sections of garments division.
∎ Ensure that any change made in the approved sample is communicated to the concern persons timely.
∎ Create a master pattern for each size which within a range of garment sizes, using measurement charts, drafting instruments, CAD computers, and/or grading devise.
∎ Mark samples and finished patterns with information such as garment size, section, style, identification, and sewing instructions.
∎ Perform any other task as & when assigned by top management.
