Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable of crafting business strategy, policies and guidelines for the company.
∎ Planning and Execution of poultry feed sales targets as per the business plan.
∎ Understanding poultry feed customer priorities, goals and challenges to provide solutions to address customer needs to maintain and grow existing business.
∎ Following poultry market innovations and product positioning of competing companies and identifying market needs, opportunities and key success factors.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
∎ Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional business effectiveness.
∎ Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
∎ Lead and coordinate technical team operations to ensure proper services of customer requirements.
∎ Visit different markets frequently to promote and generate sales.
∎ Provide hands-on training to sales & technical teams to ensure a competent and effective workforce.
∎ Ensure availability of work tools, marketing tools and other necessary equipment required for the performance of field job duties.
∎ Monitor and review technical teamwork performance to identify areas of inefficiency and correct accordingly.
∎ Motivate the team to deliver timely and high-quality services to customers towards continuous growth.
