  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

  • Proven experience in electric cables, electrical products, or building materials industry.

  • Strong exposure to both trade sales channels and corporate / project sales.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead large teams and drive performance across regions.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute overall sales and marketing strategy aligned with company vision and industry practices.

  • Prepare and implement periodical sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.

  • Lead nationwide trade sales operations through distributors, dealers, and retail networks.

  • Strengthen distribution coverage, dealer productivity, and long-term channel loyalty.

  • Design, implement, and control trade policies, incentives, discount structures, and market activation programs.

  • Ensure effective price discipline, stock movement, and collection control across trade channels.

  • Drive corporate and project sales to EPC contractors, developers, consultants, utilities, government, and institutional clients.

  • Oversee bidding, negotiation, contract finalization, and execution of large corporate and infrastructure projects.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients, consultants, and influencers.

  • Ensure coordination with production, supply chain, and technical teams for timely delivery and support.

  • Align marketing and brand communication initiatives with trade and corporate sales objectives.

  • Guide product positioning, value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and product launches.

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and overall market trends.

  • Recommend pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and profitability.

  • Approve credit limits, payment terms, and manage commercial risk within company policy.

  • Monitor sales budgets, forecasts, contribution margins, and working capital performance.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional, corporate, and marketing teams with clear KPIs and accountability.

  • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to top management.
