Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
MBA degree will be preferred
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Proven experience in electric cables, electrical products, or building materials industry.
Strong exposure to both trade sales channels and corporate / project sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead large teams and drive performance across regions.
Develop and execute overall sales and marketing strategy aligned with company vision and industry practices.
Prepare and implement periodical sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Lead nationwide trade sales operations through distributors, dealers, and retail networks.
Strengthen distribution coverage, dealer productivity, and long-term channel loyalty.
Design, implement, and control trade policies, incentives, discount structures, and market activation programs.
Ensure effective price discipline, stock movement, and collection control across trade channels.
Drive corporate and project sales to EPC contractors, developers, consultants, utilities, government, and institutional clients.
Oversee bidding, negotiation, contract finalization, and execution of large corporate and infrastructure projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients, consultants, and influencers.
Ensure coordination with production, supply chain, and technical teams for timely delivery and support.
Align marketing and brand communication initiatives with trade and corporate sales objectives.
Guide product positioning, value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and product launches.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and overall market trends.
Recommend pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and profitability.
Approve credit limits, payment terms, and manage commercial risk within company policy.
Monitor sales budgets, forecasts, contribution margins, and working capital performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop regional, corporate, and marketing teams with clear KPIs and accountability.
Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to top management.
