Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.
MBA degree will be preferred.
Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in brand marketing or corporate communications.
Strong understanding of industrial and B2B brand communication.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Experience in electrical or industrial product branding preferred.
Define, develop, and execute brand strategy aligned with company business and sales objectives.
Develop brand positioning, value propositions, and key messaging for power cables, building wires, and industrial cable products.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels including corporate profile, brochures, website, and trade materials.
Plan and execute annual and quarterly brand communication and marketing plans.
Lead brand communication support for product launches, new product approvals, and market expansion.
Oversee development of marketing collaterals including product catalogs, datasheets, brochures, presentations, and corporate videos.
Ensure all technical and marketing communications reflect correct product specifications, standards, and certifications.
Manage company digital presence including website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Develop content calendars focusing on industrial customers, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
Lead public relations activities including press releases, factory visits, dealer meets, exhibitions, and industry events.
Build and maintain relationships with industry media, consultants, contractors, and trade associations.
Monitor brand reputation in the market and handle communication related to quality, compliance, and corporate image.
Track competitor branding, communication activities, and market positioning.
Coordinate closely with sales and trade teams to support distributor, dealer, and corporate sales activities.
Provide brand guidelines and communication tools for sales teams, dealers, and channel partners.
Manage brand communication budget and ensure cost-effective utilization.
Prepare brand performance and campaign effectiveness reports for management review.
