  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM.

  • Experience in CRM and lead management systems.

  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.

  • Creative thinking ability with branding knowledge.

  • Experience in Bangladesh real estate market.

  • Understanding of property buyer psychology.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Canva, Adobe tools).

  • Experience in managing high-budget ad campaigns.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Digital Marketing Executive for the Real Estate sector in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will lead digital lead generation initiatives, analyze lead quality, develop data-driven marketing strategies, strengthen brand positioning, and execute niche-targeted campaigns.

This role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, creative direction (motion graphics & design), vendor management, and target market identification to drive qualified sales leads and maximize ROI.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and property portals.

  • Optimize paid campaigns to achieve cost-effective CPL (Cost per Lead).

  • Design landing pages and funnel strategies to improve conversion rates.

  • Manage retargeting and remarketing strategies.


2. Lead Quality Analysis

  • Evaluate and categorize leads (Hot/Warm/Cold).

  • Work closely with sales team to measure lead conversion ratio.

  • Track campaign performance and identify high-converting channels.

  • Reduce fake/low-intent leads through better targeting and filtering.


3. Marketing Strategy Development

  • Develop quarterly and annual digital marketing strategies.

  • Present marketing plans, budgets, and ROI analysis to management.

  • Plan project-based campaigns (Apartment launch, Plot sales, Commercial space marketing).

  • Implement data-driven decision-making.


4. Branding & Positioning

  • Strengthen company brand image in competitive real estate market.

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across digital platforms.

  • Develop unique value proposition (USP) for each project.

  • Execute awareness and engagement campaigns.


5. Niche Marketing & Target Market Identification

  • Identify target audiences (NRBs, Investors, First-time buyers, High-income groups).

  • Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior and demand trends.

  • Develop location-based and income-based targeting strategies.

  • Segment audiences for personalized marketing.


6. Creative Direction & Motion Graphics Idea Development

  • Provide creative concepts for motion graphics, video ads, and property walkthroughs.

  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.

  • Develop campaign themes, slogans, and ad copy.

  • Ensure creatives align with brand positioning.


7. Vendor & Agency Management

  • Manage digital agencies, media buyers, and creative vendors.

  • Evaluate vendor performance based on ROI.

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery.

  • Supervise media buying and creative execution.


8. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems.

  • Track KPIs: CPL, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Recommend improvements based on data insights.
