• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical from any reputed University.

• Minimum 10 years of practical experience in related field (preferably cable manufacturing).

Additional Requirements:

• Age maximum 35 years (flexible for competent candidate)

• Team management and organizational skill.

• Computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and AUTOCAD.

Job Location: Factory premises at Village: Purondorpur, Post: Khalishpur, Upazila: Moheshpur, District: Jhenaidah.

• Overall responsibility for mechanical maintenance, operation, and reliability of all machinery and equipment in the factory.

• Plan, supervise, and execute installation, erection, commissioning, alignment, and modification of all new and existing mechanical equipment and production lines.

• Complete understanding and hands-on experience in operation, maintenance, and management of all mechanical utilities, including air compressor systems, compressed air distribution, cooling water systems, chillers, boilers/thermic fluid heaters, and hydraulic & pneumatic systems.

• Lead, manage, and develop the entire mechanical maintenance team, ensuring smooth workflow, proper delegation, and team efficiency.

• Responsible for spare parts planning, inventory management, ensuring availability of critical spares and minimizing downtime.

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure reduction of downtime optimum machine performance and maximum productivity.

• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of mechanical failures and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.

• Coordinate with Production, Electrical, and Utility departments to ensure seamless plant operation.

• Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, SOPs, checklists, reports, and records.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies related to mechanical systems.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, machine upgrades, and capacity enhancement projects.
