• B.Sc Engineering in Electrical from any reputed University.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cable manufacturing QC/QA, including knowledge of cable design, QC & KA processes, and RMC.

• Knowledge of ISO/IEC/industry standards and compliance requirements will be highly preferred.

• Age maximum 35 years (flexible for competent candidate)

• Team management and organizational skill.

• Computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and AUTOCAD.

Job Location: Factory premises at Village: Purondorpur, Post: Khalishpur, Upazila: Moheshpur, District: Jhenaidah.

• Lead and oversee the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) operations of the cable manufacturing plant.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal quality policies, and statutory requirements for all production lines.

• In-depth knowledge of cable design, house wiring, LT/HT, overhead conductors, instrumentation & communication cables.

• Hands-on knowledge of QC processes, KA (Key Attributes), and RMC (Raw Material Control) for consistent product quality.

• Plan, implement, and supervise testing procedures, inspections, and quality audits for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.

• Analyze quality deviations, failures, and customer complaints, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Ensure proper documentation of QC test reports, certificates, inspection records, and compliance reports.

• Lead, manage, and develop the QC team, ensuring proper training, performance, and adherence to SOPs.

• Coordinate closely with Production, Design, and R&D teams to optimize product quality, reduce defects, and improve manufacturing processes.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, product certifications, and new product development testing.
