• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc Engineering in Electrical from any reputed University.

• At least 10 years

• Age At most 35 years

• Minimum 10 years of practical experience in related field (preferably cable manufacturing).

• Age maximum 35 years (flexible for competent candidate)

• Team management and organizational skill.

• Computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and AUTOCAD.

Job Location: Factory premises at Village: Purondorpur, Post: Khalishpur, Upazila: Moheshpur, District: Jhenaidah.

• Design, review, and supervision of electrical systems for cable manufacturing operations.

• Substation installation, operation, and maintenance (including HT & LT systems).

• Preparation, review, and control of Single Line Diagrams (SLD) for factory electrical distribution.

• Monitoring and upgrading the factory electrical SLD as per load expansion and safety requirements.

• Hands-on experience with PLC, VFD, ELV/ELC systems, and industrial automation.

• Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VFD drives, control panels, MCC & PCC panels.

• Management of complete electrical utilities including power distribution, DG(Diesel Generator) sets, transformers, UPS, and earthling systems.

• Spare parts management, including inventory planning and ensuring availability of critical electrical spares.

• Ensure electrical safety compliance, preventive maintenance, and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and operation teams for smooth plant operation.

• Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team, including technicians and engineers.

• Planning and execution of new electrical installations, upgrades, and plant expansions.

• Energy efficiency analysis, power loss reduction, and load optimization.

• Maintain proper documentation, drawings, maintenance records, and reports.

• Ensure compliance with national electrical codes, standards, and factory regulations.
