Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible “Site Engineer” to supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities for our real estate development projects.
Job Description:
The Site Engineer will be responsible for monitoring project work on-site, ensuring that construction activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role requires coordination with contractors, workers, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
•
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
•
Prepare and check project estimations, measurements, and material requirements.
•
Monitor work progress and report updates to management.
•
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and suppliers.
•
Maintain quality control and ensure proper workmanship.
•
Assist in preparing BOQ, quantity take-off, and site reports.
•
Check materials delivered to the site and ensure proper usage.
•
Ensure site safety rules and company policies are followed.
•
Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
Requirements:
•
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
•
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
•
Good skills in Estimation
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•
Bachelor’s degree preferred
•
Experience in real estate/construction projects will be an advantage
