Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
∎ Identify new business opportunities, expand into new markets, and build strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
∎ Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to optimize sales performance.
∎ Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and trade terms with distributors and key accounts.
∎ Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
∎ Drive the implementation of digital and data-driven sales strategies.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
