Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The position will be responsible to lead a dynamic, challenging and target oriented sales team to achieve organizational objectives.
∎ To set team target and closely guide to achieve within the stipulated time frame.
∎ Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
∎ Achieve monthly sales target.Find Prospective Client by door-to-door visit.
∎ Project visit with the clients as per requirement.
∎ Researching prospects and generating leads from digital marketing teram.
∎ Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
∎ To prepare effective sales plans considering approved budget, targets, and deadlines.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plans.
∎ Find Prospective Clients through field visit.
∎ Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.
∎ To collect required documents from the customers.
∎ Monitor to maintain and update customer database.
∎ Ensure monthly sales and inventory reports & provide feedback to the management.
∎ Maintain proper customer relationship with overseas clients.
∎ Close the deal through proper documentation & registration support.
∎ Act as a key person to set marketing & brand strategies and execute those strategies to establish a sustainable brand image.
∎ Other jobs as assigned by the management.
