∎ Head of Sales (Deputy General Manager/Senior Assistant General Manager)

∎ Department: Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Sales Target Achievement.
∎ Frequent visits to observe sales activities all over Bangladesh/International Market.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Regularly analyze Market trend and take necessary initiatives.
∎ Manage the team of spirited individuals of the Sales team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ 15-20 years' experience of Sales in Paint/Adhesives/Hardware related industries
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Team-leading leadership skills.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues.
∎ Candidates with relevant experience as head of sales (at least 10 years) will be given preference.
∎ Candidates from reputed organizations National/Multinational will be an added advantage.
